As we near the beginning of our 2013 season, we’re excited to introduce you to the guides who are ready to serve your family or your group this summer!
Jeanne Marie Soniat is from Pagosa Springs, Colorado, and is one of the few of us with a real job: She is currently nearing the end of her first year teaching 6th-grade language arts at Pagosa Middle School. Prior to landing her dream job, Jeanne attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.
2013 will be her second summer guiding for Journey Quest, but many of us known her for several years and it might be difficult to adjust to calling her “Ms. Soniat.” We’ll do our best. 😉
When she’s not grading papers, or busy planning hiking trips for her home class, Jeanne loves hanging out with her sisters, exploring beautiful places, relaxing on the river, and sharing her love for Jesus with young people.
Jeanne will be joining us for late June and July before heading back to prepare for another school year.
