Our Full-Day and Half-Day Inflatable Kayak trips are perfect for beginner to intermediate kayakers as young as 13 years old. We will tailor the trip to meet the skill level of everyone in your group and all participants should be strong swimmer. All of our full-day trips include a delicious riverside lunch and free wetsuit rentals. Each trip includes hands on training and instructions from one of our certified guides before we embark on the river.

Inflatable Kayaks, also known as Duckies, are an open-top kayak that are more stable than your traditional hard-shell kayak. These easy to maneuver crafts are perfect for beginner to advanced paddlers who want to try something new and exciting. These Inflatable Kayaks are designed to hold one to two paddlers and get you right down in the action of the rapids. Because of their low profile, even the small waves on the Arkansas River seem large, leaving you soaked after every hit. These kayaks are fun and exciting way to experience what Colorado whitewater kayaking is all about!

With several sections of river to choose from, there is perfect whitewater kayaking for every skill level. Because of this variety, our Inflatable Kayak trips can be tailored to suite the specific skill level and desires of your group. As a beginner, be prepared to face continuous class II rapids that will leave you soaked by the end of the trip. If you’re looking for a little more adrenaline-pumping excitement, we can take experienced kayakers down a more advanced section of river, facing wet and wild Class III rapids.
