Advanced reservations are encouraged to guarantee your spot on a rafting trip with Journey Quest. Walk-ins are welcome on a space available basis. Our rafting season runs from Early May – Late September. We are open Monday – Saturday during the whitewater rafting season. Reservations may be made anytime during the year. Additional savings are available to groups that book prior to May 1.

Rafting, like other adventure activities, is inherently dangerous. By participating in Journey Quest’s activities, you will be assuming those risks. As such, all participants will be required to sign a release of liability before undertaking any activity with Journey Quest. Click here to see our Essential Eligibility Requirements.
Individuals: A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the balance due the day of departure.
Groups: A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.
Refunds are provided when reservations are cancelled greater than 30 days prior to departure. Cancellations made 2-29 days prior to departure are subject to a $10.00/person cancellation fee. No refunds are provided for trips cancelled within 24 hours of departure; the full amount will be charged to your credit card. Group deposits are non-refundable.
We rarely cancel a rafting trip. However, if for reasons beyond our control we must cancel a trip, your money will be applied to another rafting trip or refunded in full. Trips are subject to change due to water levels and or safety concerns.
