“The food was AMAZING! The guides were all very relate-able and easy going. They challenged our group, pushing us out of our comfort zones. Every single guide always had a smile of their face...I've build so many new relationships and I felt like I found my place in the world...Colorado! I liked all the activities, but I liked the guides the best. Great people, personalities, and sense of humor...This trip blew away my expectations and I'd love to come back someday (or next week).”

“The youth group I work with has gone rafting with Journey quest multiple times as a cap-off to a week of missions outreach. Not only is it a fun and exciting time of bonding, but it is so refreshing to hear your guide talk about the beauty of God's creation like a real, down-to-earth, and fun-loving person. All the guides I've met are very skilled at teaching, encouraging, and leading their rafting crew, which puts even those who are a bit squeamish about the endeavor at ease.”

“We did the full day trip through the Bighorn Sheep Canyon and Royal Gorge on our honeymoon, and absolutely loved it...Nicki, our guide was absolutely amazing... personable, friendly, knowledgeable and in control, and did a great job of making the trip safe and fun for everybody. It was refreshing to be with other believers. You could see the love of Christ in the staff members faces, and they were unashamed of Christ, but definitely not pushy with their faith...We had the ride of our lives, and if we're ever back in that area again, we'll definitely be re-booking with Journey Quest!

“I've been on many trips where the trip leaders just do what they need to and don't interact with the group, but that was not the case here. The Journey Quest crew we had was awesome and became part of our crew instantly! We had a few students declare their faith in Christ on this trip and that doesn't happen without the right atmosphere and you guys did a great job of fostering that atmosphere...”

“Several years ago, my church in Colorado Springs decided to make rafting a summer event. We chose Journey Quest (VFH at that time) and had a blast. We did the half day trip that ends just before the Royal Gorge, and it was perfect for our mixed group. With kids from 13 years old through adventurous grandparents, we wanted something everyone would enjoy; Journey Quest delivered a safe, entertaining, and exciting voyage each time.”
