Luke Frost in returning to Journey Quest for his second summer this year. He’s originally from a small town called Marondera located in Zimbabwe where he spent the first 12 years of his life. He moved to Cañon City in 2018 to attend Worldview at the Abbey, a one-year theological program through Trinity International University. Over the Fall and Spring of 2019-2020 he interned at The Bridge Youth Center (also in Cañon City) and ministered to the youth that attended. During his free time, Luke loves to build websites, hike, camp, fish, snowboard, drive (especially off-road), explore, and spend time with friends and family. By the way, the easiest way to his heart is with a box of Oreos.
Luke is super excited to see how God will continue to work in his life and the people around him during this summer. Christ’s undying love and protection over Luke and his family has been mind-blowing, especially with the dangerous and politically unstable environment in Zimbabwe and through all the times he’s moved (eight in the past six year). He’s most excited by the opportunity to grow in his faith over the summer and the prospect of spending most of every day out in Creation.
